Charter Communications operates as Spectrum — a connectivity company at scale. The corporate site is where investors, regulators, journalists, and current employees come for a single source of truth on what the company is doing and why. Before the redesign, that site was telling several different stories at once.
Spectrum's role as a connectivity leader had to come through clearly while making critical information easy to find for radically different audiences.
Lead Product Designer. I led the UX strategy and end-to-end design process, partnering with stakeholders across communications, investor relations, HR, legal, and executive leadership.
We began with stakeholder interviews to understand both business priorities and internal pain points. Teams across the organization relied on the site to communicate with different external audiences — and there was no shared definition of success.
Through interviews and workshops, we surfaced what was actually wrong:
Concepts were reviewed iteratively with stakeholders, allowing us to validate direction early and reduce downstream revisions.
The final design centers on a clean, modular layout that highlights Spectrum's core message — connectivity — while enabling quick access to detailed information.
Key features:
Designed in 2018 — still live in 2026 at corporate.charter.com. The redesign provided a cohesive, modern experience that aligns internal teams around a shared narrative while making information more accessible to external audiences.
